Our Founder

Grant A. Ramsey, Esq. brings 15+ years of CLM executive experience to every engagement. He has held senior roles across the legal tech ecosystem, including General Manager at Wolters Kluwer ELM Solutions, Enterprise Sales Director at Conga (Apttus), and Director of Legal Technology at HBR Consulting.

Before entering legal tech, Grant practiced real estate and transactional law at Polsinelli, representing developers and corporate clients in complex commercial transactions.

Grant holds a J.D. from the University of Missouri–Kansas City School of Law and a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Notre Dame.

He is licensed to practice law in Missouri and Kansas.
